Miruna — Delete Account / 刪除帳號

如果您希望刪除 Miruna 帳號與所有相關資料,請依以下任一方式操作:

方式 1:在 App 內自行刪除(最快)

  1. 打開 Miruna app
  2. 進入 設定 / Settings tab
  3. 捲動至底部,點選 刪除帳號 / Delete Account
  4. 輸入密碼確認 → 確認刪除

方式 2:Email 提出刪除請求

寄信至 support@jollylife.net,主旨寫「刪除帳號請求 / Delete Account Request」,內文包含:

我們會在 7 個工作天內 回覆確認並處理。

會被刪除的資料

提交請求後,以下資料會在 30 天內 從我們的系統與所有第三方供應商中完整清除:

學習記錄、SRS 熟練度、XP、streak Supabase(user_progress / user_srs_items) 物理刪除

最近 30 天 AI 對話內容 Gemini logs 立即刪除(供應商 retention 已到期)
AdMob advertising ID Google AdMob Google 依其政策 90 天內自動過期

To delete your Miruna account and all associated data, choose one of the following methods:

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Fastest)

  1. Open the Miruna app
  2. Go to Settings tab
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. Enter your password → Confirm Deletion

Method 2: Email Request

Send an email to support@jollylife.net with subject "Delete Account Request" and include:

We will respond within 7 business days to confirm and process your request.

What Gets Deleted

Upon request, the following data is permanently erased from our systems and all third-party providers within 30 days:

Subscription status RevenueCat Anonymized (anonymous_id retained for reconciliation)
Audio recordings (last 30 days) OpenAI Whisper / Gemini logs Immediate deletion (provider retention expires)
AI conversation logs (last 30 days) Gemini logs Immediate deletion
AdMob advertising ID Google AdMob Auto-expires within 90 days per Google policy
