Miruna — Delete Account / 刪除帳號

如果您希望刪除 Miruna 帳號與所有相關資料，請依以下任一方式操作：
方式 1：在 App 內自行刪除（最快）
- 打開 Miruna app
- 進入 設定 / Settings tab
- 捲動至底部，點選 刪除帳號 / Delete Account
- 輸入密碼確認 → 確認刪除
方式 2：Email 提出刪除請求
寄信至 support@jollylife.net，主旨寫「刪除帳號請求 / Delete Account Request」，內文包含：
- 您的註冊 email 地址
- 提出刪除請求的日期
- （可選）刪除原因（僅供改善產品）
我們會在 7 個工作天內 回覆確認並處理。
會被刪除的資料
提交請求後，以下資料會在 30 天內 從我們的系統與所有第三方供應商中完整清除：

不會被刪除的
- 依法必須保留的交易憑證（Google Play Billing 購買紀錄，保存 7 年稅務用途）
- 已匿名化的統計資料（不含任何可識別您的資訊）

To delete your Miruna account and all associated data, choose one of the following methods:
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Fastest)
- Open the Miruna app
- Go to Settings tab
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Enter your password → Confirm Deletion
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@jollylife.net with subject "Delete Account Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- The date of your deletion request
- (Optional) Reason for deletion (for product improvement only)
We will respond within 7 business days to confirm and process your request.
What Gets Deleted
Upon request, the following data is permanently erased from our systems and all third-party providers within 30 days:

| AdMob advertising ID | Google AdMob | Auto-expires within 90 days per Google policy |
What Is NOT Deleted
- Transaction records required by law (Google Play Billing, retained 7 years for tax purposes)
- Anonymized aggregate statistics (contains no personally identifiable information)
